Psalm 93‍

[1]  The LORD reigns; he is robed in majesty;

the LORD is robed; he has put on strength as his belt.

Yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved.

[2] Your throne is established from of old;

you are from everlasting.

[3] The floods have lifted up, O LORD,

the floods have lifted up their voice;

the floods lift up their roaring.

[4] Mightier than the thunders of many waters,

mightier than the waves of the sea,

the LORD on high is mighty!

[5] Your decrees are very trustworthy;

holiness befits your house,

O LORD, forevermore.

Call to Worship

Psalm 73:2, 23

[2] But as for me, my feet had almost stumbled, my steps had nearly slipped…

[23] Nevertheless, I am continually with you; you hold my right hand.

Prayer of Repentance

Almighty God, You have raised Jesus from death to life, and crowned Him Lord of all. We confess that we have not bowed before Him, or acknowledged His rule in our lives. We have followed the ways of the world, and failed to give Him glory. Forgive us and raise us from sin, that we may be Your faithful people, obeying the commands of our Lord Jesus Christ, who rules the world and is head of the Church. In His name we pray, Amen.

Benediction

May the LORD, Who reigns in majesty and strength, steady your heart with the unshakable reality that His throne is established from everlasting. May the floods never overwhelm you, for the LORD on high is mightier than the waves. May you trust His decrees and walk in the holiness, anchoring your life and eternity in His Word. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
