Coram Deo is a community of people led by a community of called men. The Bible refers to these men as Elders or Pastors. The Bible teaches that these men are to meet theological, practical, and ethical standards. Their biblical responsibility is to teach, lead, and care for God's people on mission.
Staff members are chosen carefully and prayerfully from among our church members. They serve under the leadership of the pastors, freeing the pastors up to focus on preaching/teaching by facilitating many of the practical ministry responsibilities.
